{"id":2083,"date":"2019-02-17T17:25:17","date_gmt":"2019-02-17T17:25:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/life-style-food.com\/?p=2083"},"modified":"2019-02-17T17:25:30","modified_gmt":"2019-02-17T17:25:30","slug":"artichoke-stew-with-dill-herb-ala-polita","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/life-style-food.com\/en\/artichoke-stew-with-dill-herb-ala-polita\/","title":{"rendered":"Artichoke stew with dill herb (ala polita)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients for Artichoke stew with dill herb.<\/h2>\n<h3>4 portions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>600gr of artichokes<\/li>\n<li>4 medium potatoes sliced in medium pieces<\/li>\n<li>4 carrots sliced in rounds<\/li>\n<li>1 chopped onion<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd bunch of dill<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon of corn flour or 1 tablespoon of flour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>In a pot add the olive oil, the artichokes, the potatoes, the onion and the carrots. Then saut\u00e9 for a while in strong fire.<\/p>\n<p>Fill in with water until you cover the food. Add salt and pepper. When the artichokes are boiled, reduce the temperature of the fire.<\/p>\n<p>Boil for about 45 minutes and add some water if needed.<\/p>\n<p>Give it a taste to check if you want to add more salt and then add the dill. Keep boiling for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>When our vegetables are ready and our food is hot in its juices, remove it from the fire.<\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl add two tablespoons of the juice of the food, add the corn flour and stir with a fork until it is well dissolved. Add also the lemon, stir for a while and pour the content into the pot.<\/p>\n<p>Boil for 5 minutes until the juice thickens.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">The meal<\/span><\/span> can be combined with a slice of crispy saganaki cheese.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<script async=\"\"
