Easy recipe with step-by-step instructions!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Ingredients for homemade thick filo pastry<\/h2>\n<p><strong><u>2 pastry sheets for one baking tray<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gr. of traditional whole-wheat flour<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp of\u00a0 vinegar<\/li>\n<li>50 gr. of olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp of salt<\/li>\n<li>1 glass of water (maybe a bit less)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>In a mixing bowl, place the flour, make a well in the center and add the salt, olive oil and vinegar. Stir gently and pour the water gradually in small parts, kneading the mixture very well.<\/p>\n<p>If the dough sticks to your hands, add more flour and keep on kneading until the\u00a0 dough has become soft and pliable.
